Our Story
Wisteria Way and Juniper Falls began with a simple idea: to share the peace and beauty of The Priory Paddocks with guests who crave a slower, more thoughtful escape.
We’re Mel and Michael, and it’s just the two of us running everything here. We’ve poured our love of individual design, stylish interior, lighting and private outdoor spaces for alfresco dining.Â
We wanted to create a place where you can enjoy hotel‑style comfort without losing the magic of being outdoors — waking to birdsong, watching the sunset by the fire and feeling truly unhurried.
